NOTE: These last 3 links are sites on which you can purchase/aquire our music. If you so choose to do so, first of all, thank you! But secondly, please keep in mind that the first link (bandcamp.com) will allow you the option to purchase a physical copy of our CD, as well as the digital version you can download in any format you’d like. On top of that, BandCamp, unlike other online distributers, gives us 100% of the profits from each sale, and doesn’t take a cut off the top (and forward it to Steve Jobs!), which is EXTREMELY nice for us. Hey guys and girls. As we’ve already mentioned and are now trying to reiterate, we are in fact GIVING AWAY our newly released studio EP (our first one to boot), Stage 1! And, as we’ve also already mentioned, all you have to do to get one is contact us via email (info@lifestagemusic.com), Myspace, Facebook, Twitter (see each of those links to the right —>), or in person (if you can find us!), and say:

“I want a CD!”

Yep, that’s it! And we’ll send you one straight to your door (we’ll magically know where you live!), but of course, you already knew that, right?

SO, then why do we need to keep writing this? Well, we don’t. But we do want to make sure we are clear in displaying the fact that we are indeed giving away copies of our CD to anyone who’ll ask!

OK, so enough about that.

The other thing we want to talk about today is the fact that during this 2nd Great CD Giveaway we’ve got going on right now (or in conjunction with it), we’ll also be sending out copies and press kits to several great progressive music archiving resources to be reviewed and added to their databanks! That’s to say, we’re in the process of getting those who know our genre best, and truly appreciate what we’re going for, an opportunity to speak up on what they think about Stage 1, our first studio release. So it should be interesting to say the least to see what the “experts” in our genre really think about us, and it should be a great guage for anyone interested in getting into our music and sound, whether you have any idea of our genre, or not! So stay tuned for more info on that to come.

Round 2 of our hugely successful CD Giveaway is here! And after resolving to budget your money better in 2010, this is exactly what you need to kickstart your year.

So for all of you who didn’t get a chance to participate last time, what we’re doing is GIVING away copies of our newly released studio EP, Stage 1. Everything is pretty much the same, so here’s how you can get your hands on one, FREE OF CHARGE (yes, we really mean free. no shipping, no handling, no tax. wow.):

Yes, tonight’s the night! We’ll be playing our first headlining show of 2010 TONIGHT, and if you STILL don’t have any plans for the evening, or if you’re not sure where to go tonight, come on out to Crazy Frogs Rock Venue and support local talent! Life Stage

Well, we’ve got some pretty cool news to share with you all, here just days before our headlining show at Crazy Frogs! As it turns out, we’ve been most graciously added to the database at the one and only ProgArchives.com! Cool huh?

So, you may be asking, what is progarchives, and why do I care? Well, you’ll absolutely have to go there yourself and figure out what exactly we’re talking about here, but to sum up, ProgArchives is both a databank for progressive music and its progeny, and it’s also a one of a kind forum where people can make and join conversation about bands, music, or anything progressive that might be going on in the world! I know, sweet huh? We think it is. And it’s definitely WORTH CHECKING OUT. Seriously go there. Get a taste. Join the conversation, and discover some new bands that you’ve probably never heard of (and wouldn’t probably otherwise hear of), and expand your horizons! (That is of course, if your horizons haven’t already yet been expanded; in which case, carry on…)  It’s honestly a great resource for music lovers of all types, and clearly the leader in the progressive underground (and above ground) community.

SO, that having been said (<—that was for Chris lol), here are some pretty easy, and mostly visual instructions of how to get to the site, and how you can find us as well. Here goes:
